Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-ins and calls/leads and provide accurate counselling on study abroad options.
• Understand student profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses.
• Explain application processes, admission requirements, fees, scholarships, and visa steps.
• Follow up with leads consistently to achieve monthly counselling and enrollment targets.
• Maintain updated records in CRM and coordinate with the admissions team.
• Participate in student engagement activities, seminars, and workshops.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive experience for students and parents.

Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate with 06 months to 02 years of experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for student interaction.
• Basic knowledge of overseas education is an advantage (training will be provided).
• Ability to learn fast, multitask, and work in a target-oriented environment.
