you have are

  • Proven experience as a Project Lead within a Stylized 3D Character Art team in a game development environment;
  • Relevant portfolio with examples of work in the corresponding direction;
  • Ability to manage and review the quality of the team’s output, ensuring it meets artistic and technical standards;
  • Skills in mentoring, guiding, and resolving artistic and technical challenges within the project team, as well as providing clear, constructive feedback;
  • High-poly sculpt in Zbrush;
  • SubD modeling in Max / Maya;
  • Character topology for animation;
  • Cloth simulation in Marvelous Designer;
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy;
  • Ability to create UV mapping and texture baking (normal, AO, etc.);
  • Texturing in Substance Painter and/or hand-painted texturing;
  • Good understanding of modern pipelines and requirements for stylized character creation;...
