Superpowers you have are Proven experience as a Project Lead within a Stylized 3D Character Art team in a game development environment; Relevant portfolio with examples of work in the corresponding direction; Ability to manage and review the quality of the team’s output, ensuring it meets artistic and technical standards; Skills in mentoring, guiding, and resolving artistic and technical challenges within the project team, as well as providing clear, constructive feedback; High-poly sculpt in Zbrush; SubD modeling in Max / Maya; Character topology for animation; Cloth simulation in Marvelous Designer; Strong knowledge of anatomy; Ability to create UV mapping and texture baking (normal, AO, etc.); Texturing in Substance Painter and/or hand-painted texturing; Good understanding of modern pipelines and requirements for stylized character creation; Ability to follow and correctly interpret/improve the concept idea; Teamwork skills; Upper-Intermediate+ English le...
