  • Solid understanding of anatomy, form, color theory, and design principles;

  • Strong artistic taste and ability to deliver high-quality concepts aligned with project requirements;

  • Knowledge of concept development pipelines for 3D modeling and animation;

  • Ability to maintain consistency within a defined art style and follow creative direction;

  • Understanding of the art development process in game production;

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams;

  • Strong self-management skills, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines;
