SU - Sales Professional

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and selling products or solutions! You will be responsible for inbound and outbound business development. You will work remotely for a growing US based business and earn US Dollars!

Our clients include service businesses, manufacturing companies, real estate companies, private equity firms, tech companies, e-commerce companies and more!

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via video call, phone, email and chat.


• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.


• Negotiate with clients and overcome objections.


• Work in Hubspot, Salesforce or other common CRMs.


• Work United States business hours.

Qualifications

• Typing at least 50 words per minute.


• 1-5 years of customer service and sales experience.


• Knowledge of Google Workspace and various customer relationship management softwares.


• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
