Skills Required: Explosives handling, Burden, spacing & depth optimisation, Blast performance analysis, knowledge of DGMS Circulars, Explosives Rules, PESO coordination & documentation

Execution of blasting operations safely and efficiently in compliance with all safety regulations and production requirements. This includes preparation, handling of explosives, drilling assistance, and post-blast inspections

Blasting Quality and Productivity1. Achieve target fragmentation (avoid big boulders) and muck pile profile as per project requirements.
2. Coordinate with drilling teams to ensure proper burden, spacing, and depth.
3. Minimize overbreaks, fly rock, and airblast through proper timing and execution.
