Sub section In charge-Manufacturing Engineering-Fabrication (Process, Tooling, Jigs & Fixture)

• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes including cutting, bending, forming, and welding.
• Expertise in welding technologies (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, SAW, etc.) and related standards.
• Ability to develop and qualify WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and weld symbols.
• Knowledge of materials (ferrous, non-ferrous, alloys) and their fabrication characteristics.
• Familiarity with NDT methods (UT, RT, PT, MT, etc.) for weld inspection.
• Exposure to automation, robotics, and digital tools in fabrication.
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP and MS Office for process control and reporting.
 • Understanding of lean manufacturing, problem-solving tools (RCA, FMEA, 8D), and cost optimization.

 •Resource optimization and arrangement for the fabrication shops.

 •Co-ordination with vendors for the technical doubt clearance and arrangement of tools on time.
