Requirements

Must have:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent in Systems, System Design, Software or electrical field with experience in software engineering techniques. - Ability to work autonomously across complex areas, independently leading projects to deliver solutions. - Excellent communication and influencing skills to articulate ideas, plans, and priorities clearly. - Capability to plan and drive commitments, ensuring delivery to the right quality, on time, and within budget. - Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler (MagicDraw) or similar SysML modelling software (advantageous). - Professional registration as a Chartered Engineer or progress towards gaining professional status (advantageous).
