Responsibilities



  • Monitor yield end-to-end for the assigned group of products and identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Provide indications to Manufacturing Engineering functions to address product design issues or drive process improvements tied to customer-related product issues.

  • Plan and manage production ramp-up and upscaling processes from samples to high-volume production.

  • Take accountability for sustaining cost reduction programs and yield improvement measures.

  • Contribute to the development of infrastructure and management systems by coordinating related resources (e.g., commissioning, setup, calibration of complex machines; testing and setting up technical infrastructure such as applications and IT systems).
