**Description:** **WHAT WE'RE DOING**
The TPY-4 Product Line Subcontract Administrator (SCA) will be responsible for multiple facets of material provision in support of program cost, schedule and quality, including purchase order placement and supplier management.
**THE WORK**
• As a Subcontracts Administrator, the preferred candidate will be responsible for preparing subcontract solicitation packages including statements of work, specifications, and terms and conditions.
• The preferred candidate will develop proposal evaluation criteria, conduct bidders' conferences, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate and award subcontracts.
• The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and administering subcontracts by coordinating additions, deletions and modifications.
• The candidate will have the responsibility to manage 1-3 Major Subcontractors carrying complexity levels 1-3.
