1 Year TPC (Extendable)
Experience:
5 to 15 years
Detailed JD:
Quantity take-offs: Calculate quantities of work completed from project drawings, specifications, and site measurements.
Bill preparation: Prepare and submit accurate monthly progress bills (RA bills) for both clients and subcontractors.
Bill verification: Review and certify all bills, including those from subcontractors and for various work items like civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc., and finishing.
Rate analysis: Perform rate analysis for any extra or non-tendered items, which includes preparing supporting documentation.
