**Description:**
You will be the Subcontract Management for the THAAD Global Supply Chain team. Our team ensures the timely delivery of high‑quality products to our customers, coordinating across engineering, logistics, finance, and external partners to make every piece of the puzzle fit together.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for overseeing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance, and driving seamless integration across functions.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Manage subcontractor relationships and contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and finance to align deliverables and schedules.
+ Monitor performance metrics and enforce compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
+ Identify and mitigate risks associated with external partners.
+ Facilitate issue resolution and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
