Job Description

What you'll be doing

  • Ensuring that supplier performance meet contractual obligations.

  • Working with the SSM team to aid the creation of contractual mechanisms,

  • Advising the SSM of critical issues and escalation at the appropriate point in time.

  • Using, driving and summarising the Concern & Corrective Action Report and escalation process.

  • Provide supplier capacity planning information to the business and demand forecasts to the supply chain

  • Supporting the TB&E function to resolve tactical issues

  • Early identification of claims/disputes

  • Working with Quality to improve supplier appraisals
