Work Location: Tokyo, Japan

Skills Required:

• Familiarity with software engineering, process framework, testability, quality etc.

• Understand software and application architecture

• Demonstrated Project Management and Resource Management skills

• Experienced in building architectures for multi-platform, multi-tier, and multi-technology - Java/Microsoft/Open source-based solutions/ embedded software.

• Knowledge of architectural patterns

• Ability to Work with the Client Managers and Architects, Project Manager, and the team, during the life cycle of the project/product to achieve successful execution and deployment.

• Problem solving skill

• Good oral & written communication skills & customer interaction skills

• Good onsite-offshore coordination experience

• Good planning, estimation, tracking / monitoring, people / team management, vendor management experience

• Good Presentation Skills

• Understand scope and objectives of the proposed system 

Responsibilities ：

• Interact with business analyst to understand requirements

• Identify the technologies that can be used in the project

• Adhere to customer/organization defined enterprise choice technologies

• Recommend development methodology

• Ensure that recommended development methodology adheres to

• organization/client processes

• Provide overall design and structure for the application

• Identify alternate designs

• Identify tradeoffs

• Set quantifiable Objectives that measure the system

• Establish coding guidelines

• Establish guidelines for exception handling, reusable components, testing

• Lead the team that creates UI Prototype, if required

• Ensure that design is captured in the right format

• Ensure usage of industry best practices in the application

• Ensure adherence to design guidelines

• Review Test Strategy

• Review Functional and system test case
