Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of sales agents, providing guidance and monitoring performance
- Track sales conversion metrics and ensure team targets are met
- Monitor and manage attrition and shrinkage within the team
- Provide coaching and support to improve team efficiency and sales outcomes
- Ensure smooth operations and adherence to company sales processes
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have 1–2 years of experience in insurance sales
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Prior experience handling or mentoring a sales team is advantageous
