Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of sales agents, providing guidance and monitoring performance
  • Track sales conversion metrics and ensure team targets are met
  • Monitor and manage attrition and shrinkage within the team
  • Provide coaching and support to improve team efficiency and sales outcomes
  • Ensure smooth operations and adherence to company sales processes

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must have 1–2 years of experience in insurance sales
  • Immediate joiners are preferred
  • Prior experience handling or mentoring a sales team is advantageous
