Role Overview

In this role, you will manage end-to-end performance and risk calculations , oversee monthly and daily service delivery, and act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. You’ll also contribute to business development, system enhancements, and process automation , ensuring robust and scalable performance measurement solutions aligned with GIPS and SLA standards .
