The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in organizational purpose , values-based leadership , corporate social responsibility (CSR) , and employee engagement . We are looking for a leader who can bridge the gap between business performance and social impact, translating abstract leadership philosophy into engaging, actionable learning experiences for modern professionals.
