Amentum is seeking an experienced logistics professional to join our team and help support our customer in Groton, CT. As a Supply Technician/Logistics Support Specialist you will perform all aspects of Submarine Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) of submarine new construction processes, to include, but not limited to the responsibilities listed below.
Essential Responsibilities:
Perform material management functions including scheduled inventories, shipping and receiving, transfer coordination, data entry, record keeping and property control using manual and digital systems.
Perform quality assurance duties including inspections and process reviews to ensure accuracy, policy adherence and to identify any potential process improvements.
Perform warehouse management duties including storing, stacking and palletizing heavy, sensitive and controlled government electronic equipment within mandated safety regulations.
