Submission Analyst
Location: Onsite in Barranquilla, Medellín, or Cali, Colombia
Hybrid after 3 months: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
English: 9.0–10.0 required
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Submission Analyst to support Sales Managers and Broker Partners throughout the underwriting, proposal, and contracting process. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in Excel, and is committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
You will be responsible for ensuring clean and complete data submissions, preparing proposal materials, managing documentation through the final approval process, and coordinating signed contracts.
