Submissions Lead

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Submissions Lead to join our high-performing team. The Submissions Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of high-quality, client-focused tender submissions.

• Create comprehensive and strategic tender submissions in line with the required information, strategic objectives and Pensar's brand.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders across Pensar's multi disciplined teams including senior leaders to deliver timely and high-quality submissions.
• Ensure that all tenders comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Work closely with subject matter technical experts to create accurate and impactful content.
