This role is not a support marketing role.

This role owns growth as a business outcome.


Role Overview

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager who will own the entire growth funnel end-to-end:

Acquisition, Activation, Monetisation, Retention, and Renewal.


You will be accountable for CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn, and predictable revenue growth. This role works closely with Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success and acts as a force multiplier across teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own paid subscription growth across Growth, Pro, Elite+AI, and Enterprise plans
  • Design and execute revenue-led growth strategies, not vanity campaigns
  • Build and optimise mobile and web conversion funnels
  • Run data-driven growth experiments with clear hypotheses and outcomes
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp Marketing for Indian MSMEs
  • Create WhatsApp-led acquisition, activation, upsell, and renewal journeys
  • Work closely with Product and Tech teams to embed growth loops inside the product
  • Support Sales and Customer Success with strong messaging, pitch flows, and conversion logic
  • Track and improve CAC: LTV ratios, retention curves, and renewal metrics
  • Build dashboards and reports that leadership can rely on for forecasting


Who Should Apply

  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing in B2B SaaS or MSME-focused businesses
  • Have owned revenue or pipeline outcomes, not just leads or traffic
  • Are comfortable with data, experimentation, and accountability
  • Understand Indian B2B buyer behaviour deeply
  • Think in funnels, cohorts, and unit economics


Required Skills

  • Growth and Performance Marketing (hands-on)
  • Funnel Optimisation and CRO
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp Marketing
  • Tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
  • A/B testing, cohort analysis, and experimentation frameworks
  • Strong understanding of pricing, monetisation, and retention

  • Predictable month-on-month paid subscription growth
  • Lower CAC with higher quality conversions
  • Improved activation and reduced churn
  • Clear ownership of growth numbers and outcomes
  • A scalable growth engine, not short-term campaigns


What This Role Is Not

  • Not a brand-only role
  • Not a social media manager role
  • Not a coordinator between agencies
