Subsidiaries Financial Reporting Support Officer

Job Summary:

Oversight and Monitoring of regulatory reports of domestic subsidiaries.

How will you contribute:

• Accurate and timely preparation and submission of the Monthly Consolidated Financial Statements (Group, Parent and Subsidiaries);
• Accurate and timely preparation and submission of reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) & Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE);
• Performs analytical review of the Parent and Consolidated financial statements focusing on the significant movements of the accounts;
• Guidance on the implementation of Regulatory Issuances from Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) & Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC);
• Regular review of the account balances and monitoring of float items and abnormal balances of domestic subsidiaries.

What will make you successful

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
