Roles and Responsibilities
  • Ensure overall compliance to external regulations and internal policies to mitigate the compliance risk of the group by primarily assuming a coordinating and facilitating role.
  • Submission of error free Returns related to Group and subsidiaries to RBI and other regulators
  • Ensure submission of returns and impart key findings to the Management team of the Bank.
  • Convene periodical meetings ,submission of the reports to Committee and monitor implementation of the recommendations from the respective meetings.
  • Design MIS and report formats and coordinate with the subsidiaries and the various departments in the Bank to ensure that the MIS is submitted in accordance with the calendar of returns
  • Preparation of SEF Dashboard and review papers for SMC/ACB/Board
  • Maintain updated information on important matters relating to subsidiaries in Database
