Compensation:
New hires start between $28.08 and $35.10based on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market factors. While the full pay range is listed for this position for pay transparency, individual compensation is determined by various factors and may vary within the posted range.

The King County Corrections-Based Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program at the Norm Maleng Regional Justice Center provides in-jail treatment to individuals incarcerated due to a substance use disorder (SUD). The program is comprised of a complex array of services that include established evidence-based curriculum andtherapeutic community approach. Curriculum includesLiving-in-Balance and Moral Reconation Therapy being facilitated within one of the medium security programming housing units.Participants are treated with dignity, respect, and consideration of the whole person in a trauma informed approach.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This position is located at King County Corrections-Based Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program at the Norm Maleng Regional Justice Center in Kent, WA.
TheSUDPisresponsible to provide qualitytreatment services to individuals with substance use disorders at Pioneer Human Services (PHS) using evidence-based and promising practices, effectively meeting the need of PHS's clientele; and documenting treatment and case management service provision in a timely and effective manner.
