- 2+ years of Salesforce platform experience
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- 2+ years of technical experience with business use case documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field
- Experience in integrated risk management, safety, or healthcare environments
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical specs
