Position: Director/Senior Director
Experience: 20+years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for system rollouts, considering regional-specific requirements.
- Lead the technical design and configuration of various HR modules (Core HR, Benefits, Time Management, EC Compensation, EC Payroll), ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Oversee the integration of SuccessFactors with third-party applications, Financial system, and other enterprise systems.
- Coach, mentor, and lead a team of SuccessFactors and SAP consultants, system integration specialists, and technical leads.
- Develop and nurture a support team responsible for ongoing application maintenance and enhancements post go-live.
- Facilitate and lead workshops with business stakeholders and IT leaders, translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Serve as a senior advisor, ensuring that process teams understand the technical capabilities of selected solutions.
- Hands-on experience in the design and configuration of custom business processes, workflows, People Analytics, and custom MDF modules.
- Strong experience with SAP BTP and CPI Stack, particularly in building bolt-ons and extensions.
- In-depth understanding of payroll systems and the ability to customize and optimize seeded interfaces for external integrations.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in implementing the SuccessFactors HXM suite, with deep knowledge of SAP BTP.
- Proven experience in 3-4 full cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central in a multi-geography environment, with a global role preferably covering other international regions
