SuccessFactors & HR Data Integration Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a SuccessFactors & HR Data Integration Consultant with strong hands‑on experience across SAP SuccessFactors, HR data governance, and S/4HANA integration models. This role is well‑suited for someone who enjoys solving data flow challenges, supporting parallel HCM and S/4 transformations, and guiding teams through structured HR data processes. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, and technical stakeholders to ensure clean, accurate, and compliant data across multiple systems.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain custom objects using the SuccessFactors Metadata Framework (MDF) .
• Apply knowledge of EC Payroll, Time, or related SuccessFactors modules to support configuration and data flows.
• Support EC–S/4HANA integration models , including Point‑to‑Point, SAP BTP, and API‑based connections.
