**Position:** SAP SuccessFactors EC Lead Consultant – Employee Central Payroll & Time Tracking **Location:** Spain (remote)* Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Time Tracking project implementations, including Time Sheet and Time Off modules.* Apply SAP Activate methodology to manage project phases and deliverables effectively.* Collaborate with clients to define business processes and align them with system capabilities.* Support pre-sales activities, including requirements gathering and solution presentations.* Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle.* Oversee system configurations, testing, and issue resolution.* Lead workshops and training sessions to enable client teams and end-users.* Document project progress, change requests, and enhancement opportunities.* 3 to 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience, including Payroll, Time Sheet, Time Off, and Time Tracking.* Proven track record as a Lead Con...
