About the Role:

Role Overview

The SF Payroll Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting payroll processes within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll , ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, business rules, and best practices. The role requires hands-on expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT teams.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll / Employee Central Payroll implementations.
• Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing in Singapore and other APAC/EMEA regions is a plus.
• Hands-on expertise in Payroll Configuration, Payroll Rules, Workflows, and Reporting within SF Payroll.
• Experience with integration of Payroll with Finance and HR systems .
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and local payroll laws .
• Ability to troubleshoot complex payroll issues and provide practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SuccessFactors Payroll implementations, configurations, and upgrades for complex environments.
• Provide end-to-end payroll solutions , including setup, validation, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with HRIS, HR, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration with Employee Central, Time Management, and other systems.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations (Singapore / regional) and internal policies.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Prepare documentation, workflows, and training materials for end-users.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live activities .
• Mentor and guide junior payroll consultants in process and technical configurations.
