Responsibilities

• Proficient in design and architecture of SAP-SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with Customer's Tender specification and requirements. 
• Hands-on to draw high level design flow diagram and to articulate the write-ups for Solution proposal for SuccessFactors Modules mentioned above.
• Conduct Transformation study from ECC 6.0 and other HCM ERPs.  Provide technical assessments and propose innovative solutions to the Business needs and to provide custom solutions where necessary.
• Develop the overall SAP landscape roadmap, considering current and future business needs, technology advancements, and industry trends.
• Develop the solution architecture that aligns with the IT Strategy roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP SF-related topics, including system integration, data management, performance optimization, security, and scalability.
