The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, support engagements, and act as a team lead while working closely with business stakeholders and global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management implementations and support projects.
- Configure and support Employee Central (EC) and EC Time Management modules
- Act as a team lead, mentoring junior consultants and coordinating deliverables.
- Manage AMS/support activities, including incident handling, root cause analysis, and system enhancements.
