SUE Field Supervisor

A. Morton Thomas and Associates, Inc. (AMT), an employee owned consultant engineering firm, is seeking a SUE Field Supervisor to join our Team in Washington, DC and add significant value to our company growth. Position can also be located in our Rockville, MD office. Responsibilities Experienced performing ASCE 38-22 Quality Level A Utility Test Holes and Quality Level B utility designating Supervise field crews for utility designating and utility test hole projects Perform quality control checks of field work for utility designating and test holes. Mentor and train field staff Read and interpret utility maps and engineering plans to identify and mark underground utility locations Operate different electronic detection equipment, to locate and mark under-ground facilities within prescribed accuracy limits.
