**Summary**
The Digital Business Technology Infrastructure (DBT) Intern has the opportunity to work with and be mentored by technology specialists in conducting network and server operational tasks for Information Technology services for the enterprise.
**Day-to-day** **Responsibilities**
+ Assist with virtual server and IT networking day to day operations. Conduct inventory review for operational status of devices and services for technical expected states.
+ Review Infrastructure monitoring tools and responding and documenting disruptions.
+ Validate that Service level agreements (SLA) are in place and enforced for all devices in operations with the enterprise.
+ Assists in educating, monitoring, and training personnel in safe work procedures
+ Monitor on-prem data center floor. Inspect devices in various racks for any warning or outage related notifications fo...
