Your Role

EF Torquay Summer School is seeking energetic, outgoing and confident individuals to join our Activities & Events Team as an Activities & Events Coordinator for summer 2026.

This is ahands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for designing, planning and delivering a diverse range of activities, events and excursions that create a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for our international students aged 13–17. The role requires confidence leading large groups, proactively initiating games and activities, and creating energy and engagement in a variety of environments, while also supporting and developing Activity Leaders to be the best leaders they can be.

  • Full-time
  • 5 days a week
  • Fixed-term contract between June – August 2026
