Summer Assistant Facility Manager

Job Description Job Description COMPENSATION $21.00-$24.00/hour Full-time, hourly, or part-time, hourly SUMMARY As an Assistant Facility Manager, you will assist in organizing, scheduling, and providing direct daily support to the Aquatic Center. In this role, you will assist the Aquatic Facility Manager in ensuring that team members can effectively prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies, enforce facility policies with a focus on stellar customer service, and assist with all swim programs. You will serve as the senior point of contact in escalated situations and will be responsible for reporting operations updates to the Aquatic Facility Manager in their absence.
