Role Overview

SALT XC is seeking a Digital Intern to support the Digital team across day‑to‑day digital tasks and project coordination. This role offers hands‑on exposure to how digital and media programs are planned, executed, and supported within a collaborative agency environment. As a Digital Coordinator, you’ll assist with campaign setup, platform support, and reporting while learning industry‑standard tools and workflows through structured mentorship. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Media, Digital, Strategy, and Account teams, building foundational digital skills and contributing to the continued growth of Salt XC’s digital offering. This is a 4‑month full‑time contract. Hybrid: 2‑3 days in office at our Salt Toronto Head Office.
