Summer student C1R QA

Overview

The Quality Summer Student reports to the Director QA - International LEP. Under the direct supervision of the Director QA, the QA summer student will be a key member of the QA team who will assist in the planning, implementation and monitoring of the department work progress.

Your role

The Summer Student is going to:

• Support the QA team in participating in regular meetings.
• Track the deliverables and actions and follow up for closure.
• Assist in and support maintain the required revisions of the projects Quality Assurance Plans
• Coordinate communication and meetings with internal projects' stakeholders.
• Support the QA team in development of internal process documents as required.
• Developing progress reports and organizing meetings.
• Developing presentation and back up documents to support QA team.
• Data entry, information management, data capture using spreadsheets, MS Office...
