The Opportunity


The Corporate Services Division's Records Management team requires a student for the summer of 2026. Working closely with and under the supervision of the departments Records Analyst, the student will gain practical experience and knowledge of working in a provincial records management environment.

This includes assisting in the ongoing development and implementation of STAR/STOR, policies, procedures and standards of the records management program and Build Nova Scotia. The Records Management Student will also support and develop experience in record life-cycle activities through aiding in the ongoing classification, retention, and disposition of both physical and digital records across the organization.
