Key Responsibilities:
- Digitize physical legal files, including scanning, naming, organizing, and uploading documents into designated digital repositories.
- Assist with inventorying and cataloguing historical corporate archives, ensuring accurate metadata entry and clear documentation.
- Conduct quality checks of digitized materials to confirm completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established file‑management standards.
- Support general Legal Operations tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, information gathering, and administrative support for ongoing projects.
- Assist with projects in the Legal, Compliance and SIU/Complaints Department, as required.
