Summer Student Nurse Intern Program (SNIP) 2026

Good Samaritan’s Summer Student Nurse Intern Program (SNIP) is a full-time, eight-week paid internship for qualified nursing students to work alongside Registered Nurse (RN) preceptors and members of the interdisciplinary team. SNIPs engage in hands-on learning throughout our Magnet designated organization.

Summer Student Nurse Interns (SNIPs) will participate in a comprehensive rotation through all nursing departments, including Critical Care, Emergency, Medical, Post-Surgical, Perioperative, Behavioral Health, Perinatal, and Inpatient Rehab, in addition to gaining exposure to Leadership, Professional Governance, and other essential clinical, professional, and organizational functions. 

Our Summer Student Nurse Intern Program (SNIP) is designed for top nursing students who have the desire to be exemplary Good Samaritan caregivers.
