This includes margin tracking, cost analysis, and performance monitoring across both frontline operations and supply chain data.We’re looking for an enthusiastic trainee to support Full Chain Profitability Reporting and Analytics initiatives. As a Summer Trainee – Power BI Developer, you will join our development team to help design and build Power BI solutions that provide actionable insights into profitability drivers and operational performance.Your work will contribute to creating prototypes and dashboards that enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions, improve visibility across the entire value chain, and enhance overall financial performance.You will be part of Finance Analytics team in Espoo, Finland.We are looking for a student with ongoing studies (2nd or 3rd year of studies) to work for 4 months between May and September 2026, based on availability and preference.**To excel in this role, you should ideally demonstrate:*** Data Visualization Expertise* Design compelling, interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI that drive decision-making.* Apply advanced visualization techniques - such as heat maps, KPI indicators, and trend analyses - for executive-level insights.* Understanding of SQL or Python for transforming and preparing data for seamless integration into Power BI.* Data Modeling Skills: Ability to support in designing efficient semantic models that manage large datasets and complex relationships.* Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.* Effective Communication: Present insights with clarity and impact to stakeholders while fostering collaboration across diverse teams.* Problem-Solving: Proactively address data inconsistencies and resolve performance challenges with innovative solutions.**We offer**You will get into fully global environment with real purpose.
