Essential Job Function

Uses production schedule to determine material to be cut.

Operate CTW Machine.

Operate/cycle punch press.

Uses a manual pump lift table to obtain and transport rolls from roll storage area to load onto roll stand.

Measures length of material ordered and initiates cuts; trimming all sides necessary.

Packages material according to established specifications.

Retains all scrap material to be weighed and recorded.

Inspects all sides and corners for correct cuts.

Installs product tag.

Continuously monitors the quality of the material to ensure that it meets quality standards.

Assists in maintaining department in accordance with good housekeeping practices.

Observes all safety and environmental procedures.

Performs other duties as requested by supervision.
