We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to join our team in Atlanta with pay starting at 140K. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Implement and enforce safety protocols
• Review and interpret project plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
