Job Description: Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee our construction projects from start to finish in the Birmingham area with pay starting at 160K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of success in completing projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and address any issues that may arise during construction.
