Join a dynamic team on an AWS data center project spanning 17 sites between Umatilla and Boardman, OR. This project, expected to conclude in late 2026, offers the chance to work on a program with potential for further opportunities. The role requires a commitment to a 40-hour work week, starting between 6 or 7 am.
Responsibilities
+ Develop a schedule and cost-effective plan for project completion.
+ Collaborate with staff to create preconstruction estimates and budgets for materials and labor.
+ Coordinate and schedule the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers.
+ Inspect work regularly for quality and timeliness; prepare and provide progress reports.
+ Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure specifications and regulations are met.
+ Ensure compliance with specifications and regulations outlined in architectural and engineering plans.
