Job Title: Experienced Superintendent - Base-Build
We are seeking an experienced superintendent with a strong base-build experience to join our project team for the KEYS Community Healing Village Project in West Baltimore. This role involves overseeing the construction of a 21,000-square-foot mental health facility, consolidating mental health programs into one comprehensive location.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee and manage construction activities for the KEYS Community Healing Village Project.
+ Coordinate and manage subcontractors effectively.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction processes.
+ Ensure site safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
+ Manage interactions with owners and executives to ensure project alignment.
+ Document and maintain accurate project records.
