Role: Superintendent
Location: Cape Cod, Nantucket, and Martha's Vineyard
Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 DOE (full suite of benefits, gas card + vehicle allowance, and more!)
POSITION SUMMARY: One of the most well recognized General Contractors in New England is on the hunt for a Superintendent. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as either the Lead or #2 Super on projects, has built out multiple projects from beginning to end, and ideally has prior experience working on Multifamily or Healthcare projects. • Oversee, manage, and document all job site activities
• Manage field personnel based on the project plan
• Understand and implement the Field Standard Operating Procedures
• Develop a project schedule with the PM and update as needed
