Our projects encompass a range of sectors including aviation, schools, educational facilities, commercial spaces, government buildings, hotels, hospitality, as well as tenant fit-outs and interior renovations. The Superintendent will manage and direct the construction of various contracts, ensuring projects run smoothly from bid to completion.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
+ Manage projects from bid to award to completion, with budgets ranging from $100k to $10M.
+ Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with contract documents.
+ Manage the RFI and submittal process.
+ Create and maintain project schedules.
