Job Description Heavy Civil Superintendent / Field Engineer Overview: We are seeking a Superintendent / Field Engineer to oversee heavy civil and infrastructure projects in the Denver area , including earthwork, grading, utilities, and concrete structures. This hands-on leader will coordinate crews, subcontractors, and schedules in the field. Responsibilities: Supervise daily field operations for civil and site development projects. Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to complete projects safely, on time, and within budget. Review plans, specifications, and submittals; provide field-level technical guidance. Manage earthwork, utilities, concrete, and drainage activities for public and private projects. Ensure compliance with drawings, standards, and safety procedures.
