Role: Superintendent Compensation: $105,000$165,000 Job Type: Full-Time Location: Bluffton, SC Company Details: The company is a premier commercial general contractor covering the southeast region and beyond. Project Summary: Freestanding 3-story cancer center (~60,000 SF) under active construction management team. Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing construction of a freestanding cancer center (~60,000 SF, 3 stories). Support the traveling Superintendent in field operations, quality, and safety. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure schedule adherence. Requirements Experience in healthcare construction preferred. Strong leadership and field management skills. Team-oriented and able to follow direction from senior Superintendent.
